Our olive oil is produced in chemical-free, constantly controlled olive fields in Tunisia. For thousands of years, the best extra virgin olive oil has been made here, using the traditional and sustainable farming methods known to the Sfax region of the country.

Besides making delectable cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil, our producers are environmentally and socially conscious. They strive to reduce their carbon footprint through recycling, innovative processes, and responsible packaging.

How Is the Oil Processed?

Once the olives are handpicked from the trees, they are cold-pressed within 24 hours of harvest to maximize freshness and quality. Every batch is tested in a state-of-the-art laboratory with a panel of 8 certified tasters and third-party certifiers. 

The result is pure, raw olive oil with a warm golden hue, a delicate taste, and a floral olive smell.

The taste panel classifies the olive oils by fruitiness, bitterness, and pungency. Our organic olive oil has a maximum acidity of .8% (typically .4%), making it the cream of the crop. The quality isn't great, doesn't hold up to the description

The flavor is flat and the tell-tale bite in the back of the throat is almost non-existent. We have a hard time believing the stats on the website are accurate for what we received. We've tried it several times straight and compared it to other high quality olive oils where we know the source (with similar acidity / polyphenol content) and this one was far below the quality of the rest. It may be appropriate for cooking.

Really like the olive oil

I really like the olive oil. I've tried many kinds and found them to be very bitter. Wildly Organic has a nice smooth, less bitter flavor, which I find to work better for food. Especially for salad dressings. It doesn't overpower other flavors as much.
