There are many ways to shop with Wilderness Family Naturals. Please use the options below to choose the method that will work best for you. Our business hours are Monday - Thursday from 8 AM to 4 PM Central Time. Please keep this in mind while reviewing your choices.

Privacy Statement: We do not sell or give away our customer list. We will not send you information that is unrelated to your order. You have the option to sign up for our email list to receive the latest news about products and promotions. Your full credit card information is not maintained on our electronic systems.
Using the Website Shopping Cart
You will have the opportunity to place each item you wish to buy into your shopping cart. You may then continue shopping, view and modify the items you have already selected, or check out. You will receive an e-mail confirming the order, and we will start processing your order right away. On average it takes 1 to 3 business days to process your order. If you are not immediately ready to check out, your shopping cart is normally retained for 5 days.
The order will be placed and processed on a secured server using a major secure credit card processor. If you do not feel comfortable placing an order over the internet, you can still use the website to put together a cart of what you want to order at your leisure. Then, when you are ready, you may use one of the other options to place your order.
Using the Website Chat Option
Website chat is available on our website on all pages at the bottom of the browser window. You may use chat to answer questions while shopping online during our normal business hours. You may also use chat to request a return call or message from Customer Service, even when chat is offline.
Ordering over the Phone
You may place your order by phone at 800-945-3801 and have the advantage of our Customer Service expertise. Please have your credit card handy along with the names and quantities of each item you wish to purchase. Our toll-free number is 1-800-945-3801 (8 AM - 4 PM Monday-Thursday).
At this time, our voice mail cannot advise you on how long your wait could be. If you are on the line for 10 minutes, you will be prompted to leave a message. If you are unable to wait, please consider using another method to contact us.
Ordering by Email
You may send an e-mail to Customer Service. You can use this option to request a call back if you are having trouble ordering or have questions. Just include your telephone number and when you can be reached.
You can also e-mail your order by including the item code, item description, quantity, and price for each product you wish to purchase. After doing so, either call us to complete your order over the phone or include your phone number and request a call-back.
Ordering by Mail
You may write up your own order form. Please include the item code, item description, quantity, and price for each product you wish to purchase.
Once you know what you want to order, please call us at (800) 945-3801 so we can calculate the shipping charges for you. We always enclose a copy of the invoice with your order.
