For many years we have made our own popcorn seasonings because we object to the trans-fats and chemicals in most popcorn seasonings and wanted to get the most nutrition in our diet we deemed possible, even in our snacks.
We even use this seasoning on homemade French fries and homemade potato chips.
What nutrients and ingredients are found in Wildly Organic Savory Popcorn Seasoning?
This first popcorn seasoning manufactured by Wildly Organic is made with Nutritional Yeast, Himalayan Pink Salt, Garlic and Onion. It has a savory cheese flavor and is quite delicious. In addition, just 1/4 teaspoon contains 35% of the RDI for Thiamin (Vitamin B1), 30% of the RDI for Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 25% of the RDI for Niacin (Vitamin B3), Vitamin B6 and Pantothenic Acid and 15% of the RDI of Vitamin B12. Sodium content for this seasoning is only 80 mg!
Directions:
If you air pop your popcorn, then melt a few tablespoons of Wildly Organic popcorn oil and drizzle the oil over the popped corn. While the popcorn is still wet with the oil, sprinkle this seasoning over the popcorn and stir to distribute it well. Then get ready for a delicious treat!
