Inventory & Shipping Update

Thank you for visiting Wildly Organic. Throughout the COVID-19 outbreak, we've continually built our inventory. We recognize that some of the items you may look to buy might be low in inventory or out of stock. Many of the ingredients and packaging items we use are still slow to get to our manufacturing facilities, but we are receiving them as quickly as possible to build that inventory. We are still shipping orders at this time and have not received any reports of shipping delays to date. We appreciate your patience!

Coronavirus (COVID-19) Response

To Our Valued Customers and Partners,

We want you to know that COVID-19 is top of mind for us, just as we’re sure it is for you. It is during life-changing times like these that we are reminded of Wildly Organic’s purpose: “To help people live healthier and happier lives.”

We understand that now, more importantly than ever, we need to be true to this aim. As we manage through the challenges with COVID-19, we want to share with you the measures we are taking to keep our customers and our employees safe. Additionally, we want to assure you that we will continue to provide the highest quality, wholesome food that is responsibly sourced and produced.

Wildly Organic is following the guidance of global health experts at the World Health Organization (WHO) and U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC) on preventing the spread of the COVID-19 virus. This includes:

  • Reminding our employees about frequent hand washing for at least 20 seconds and/or the use of an alcohol-based hand sanitizer
  • Continuing to wear gloves, protective sleeves, hair nets, and aprons in food production areas
  • Ensuring the safety of ingredients and materials coming into our facility
  • Organizing production areas and work spaces for social distancing
  • Regularly deep cleaning and disinfecting our facility and equipment
  • Asking our employees to stay home from work if they feel sick
  • Eliminating non-essential office or production facility visits
  • Canceling all non-essential employee air travel until further notice

Several of our customers have asked: is it safe to receive and handle a shipment through our couriers? The WHO and CDC have stated that the likelihood of catching the COVID-19 virus by touching cardboard or other another shipping container is low:

"Coronaviruses are generally thought to be spread from person-to-person through respiratory droplets. Currently there is no evidence to support transmission of COVID-19 associated with food. Before preparing or eating food it is important to always wash your hands with soap and water for 20 seconds for general food safety. Throughout the day wash your hands after blowing your nose, coughing or sneezing, or going to the bathroom.

It may be possible that a person can get COVID-19 by touching a surface or object that has the virus on it and then touching their mouth, nose, or possibly their eyes, but this is not thought to be the main way the virus spreads.

In general, because of poor survivability of these coronaviruses on surfaces, there is likely very low risk of spread from food products or packaging that are shipped spanning days or weeks at ambient, refrigerated, or frozen temperatures." We will continue to actively monitor this situation closely and take guidance from the CDC and the WHO as well as local authorities to keep our customers and employees safe. We will provide updates on our website as the situation with COVID-19 evolves.
