Hide description
Wildly Organic Walnuts are made up of premium grade, full halves without pieces. If you’ve had trouble finding good tasting organic walnuts year-round in the past, try these. Through selecting only the best nut and handling each one with care, we’re able to offer the freshest, most delicious product all year!

We do our best to procure the best, most delicious, and freshest walnuts available. They are activated through a low-temperature soaking and dehydrating process which unlocks their full nutrition potential and a delicate crunch.

Scientific evidence suggests but does not prove that eating 1.5 ounces per day of most nuts such as walnuts as part of a diet low in saturated fat and cholesterol may reduce the risk of heart disease. See nutrition information for fat content.

What are the Benefits of Soaking and Dehydrating Nuts?

Sally Fallon and the Weston A. Price Foundation suggests that nuts be soaked and then dehydrated at low temperatures—here’s why:

Phytic acid occurs naturally in nuts, and it protects them until they’re ready for germination. Unfortunately, phytic acid binds to certain minerals and transforms into a phytate, which inhibits your body’s ability to absorb some of the nut’s nutrients.

After several cycles of soaking and rinsing and allowing the nuts a little bit of air, germination will occur. This starts to break down the enzyme inhibitors as the nuts release their protective shield and unlock stored nutrients to prepare for growth. This process creates what some refer to as "activated nuts."

Once the soaking process is complete, we dehydrate the nuts slowly at a very low temperature to extend the shelf life and give them a delicate crunch. The low-heat method will preserve the nutrients and ensure that the nuts remain entirely raw.

Such a convenient snack, or addition to salad….

Love the taste, the convenient packaging, and the fact that they are already soaked and dried.

Crispy daily treat

Love these after years of thinking I did not like walnuts! They are part of my daily breakfast either topping oatmeal or yogurt with fruit.

Fresh, best tasting, children love

My four children never liked walnuts, after trying these they love these ones. I myself, like walnuts, but love these. They are expensive, but eaten in moderation. The healthiness aspect in total evens out the price.
