Grown in Southeast Asia, our cashews are shelled with care, yielding high-grade large, whole nuts. Though the outside hard shell of the nut is exposed to a few seconds of steam before it cracks, the inner nut never experiences heat. The result is a delicious cashew with a creamy texture and various nutrients.

Nutritious Soaked & Dehydrated Cashews

Over the years, we’ve invested a lot of time, care, and research into producing the perfect combination of flavor and crunch using our soaking and dehydrating methods.

We activate our organic cashews using a low-temperature soaking and dehydrating technique. The activation process increases the bioavailability of the nut’s nutrients, resulting in cashews that are high in magnesium, copper, manganese, vitamin K, phosphorus, zinc, and protein.

What are the Benefits of Soaking and Dehydrating Nuts?

These organic cashews are “activated” using a soaking and low-temperature dehydrating method in our facility. By soaking nuts, phytic acid and enzyme inhibitors that may interfere with nutrient absorption are broken down. We then dehydrate the raw cashews at low temperatures to preserve nutrients, micro-nutrients, and enzymes.

The end result is crispy, great-tasting raw nuts. We take extra measures, such as excellent quality control, cool storage, and vapor barrier packaging to preserve freshness and ensure that you receive only the best.
