The difference comes down to the details. Our delicious, creamy, organic almond butter is made with our very own “activated” almonds, and that’s it! Just almonds, no junk. Our certified organic almonds are hand-selected and ground at low temperatures to preserve their nutrients. They are the sweetest supreme nonpareil almonds, which makes them the absolute best. But we take our almonds a step even further.
Did you know that most almonds have a compound called phytic acid that limits your body’s ability to absorb all of its nutrients? The almonds in our butter are “activated” using a soaking and low-temperature dehydrating method in our facility. When you activate them, you help break down the phytic acid and enzyme inhibitors that may interfere with nutrient absorption.
We then dehydrate our almonds at low temperatures to preserve nutrients, micronutrients, and enzymes. The result: great-tasting nuts that are delicious on their own or in natural, clean-eating recipes. We also take extra measures at Wildly Organic, including performing excellent quality control, cool storage, and vapor barrier packaging to preserve freshness and ensure that you receive only the best from our almond butter.
