Ingredients for Almond Flour Fritters
- Wildly Organic Almond Flour – as we know almonds are rich in fiber, protein, and omega-3. This almond flour is simply ground almonds. We love the nutty flavor in these fritters. Moreover, it’s a healthy substitute to gluten-free flour.
- Chickpea flour – I used it in this recipe to bind the batter a bit. Even though its gluten-free in nature, it helps in binding as well as adding more protein to this recipe. It compliments the other ingredients extremely well.
- Nutritional yeast – this provides a mild cheesy flavor and adds some nutrition too.
- Himalayan Pink Salt – adds a lot more flavor to it than regular table salt. It’s a tasteful addition to any recipe and makes these fritters extra delicious.

Tips to make Almond Flour Fritters:
- It is important to grease your palms for every fritter that you shape. Or else they may stick and won’t drop on to the griddle.
- Do not heat the griddle at a very high heat or else these fritters will cook from outside but will taste raw from inside.
- These tastes best when served hot and pairs excellent with ketchup or mayo.
