Freeze-Dried Raspberry Jam
    Prep Time5 minutes
    Cook Time30 minutes
    Passive Time20 minutes
    1. Sterilize 1 4-ounce and 1 8-ounce Mason jars with new seals.
    2. Put all ingredients, except the pectin, into a small saucepan.
    3. Simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes.
    4. Remove from heat and stir in pectin.
    5. Fill the sterilized jars with jam, cover with new seals, and let set for 20 minutes.
    6. Place jars in a pot and fill with water until it just covers the jars.
    7. Simmer on medium heat for 30 minutes then remove from the heat.
    8. When the centers of the lids invert, the jars are totally sealed and ready for long-term cupboard storage. Or you can put them straight into the fridge and use.
    9. Enjoy a wonderful Wildly Organic Nut Butter and jam sandwich. You can use the many freeze dried fruits available to make a variety of tasty jams.
