- 1cup Wildly Organic Almond Flour
- 1/4cup cornstarch
- 1/2cup Wildly Organic Hot Chocolate Mix
- 1tsp baking powder
- 1/4tsp salt
- 2tbsp Wildly Organic Chia Seeds(soaked in 1/2 cup warm water)
- 2tbsp Wildly Organic Agave Nectar
- 1tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2cup dairy-free milk

In a mixing bowl combine almond flour, cornstarch, hot chocolate mix, baking powder and salt. Mix it will until there are no lumps.

In another mixing bowl combine soaked chia seeds, agave nectar, vanilla extract and dairy free milk. Whip it well.

Now, fold in wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and whip it up nicely until a thick batter is formed.

Heat up your waffle maker as per manufacturer instructions. Grease on both the sides and drop at its center about 2-3 tbsp of the batter. Gently put the lid and let it cook.

Gently, open the lid and release the pancake. Take it out on a serving plate with the help of spatula. Let it sit for 1-2 minutes as it becomes crispier as it cools down. Garnish with powdered sugar and marshmallows or with your favorite berries and enjoy.
