This gluten-free Italian Pasta Salad is the perfect healthy and nutritious meal for summer. It’s easy, refreshing, and absolutely delicious. Attending a barbecue or pool party this summer? Bring this gluten-free Italian Cold Pasta Salad with you, and everyone will rave about it.
It is made with gluten-free rotini and fresh ingredients. Try cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, and red onions, combined with traditional Italian ingredients like mozzarella pearls, dry Italian salami, and black olives. Everything is tossed together with Italian dressing, making it an easy side dish or a complete meal for the entire family. Customize the salad with other vegetables that you have on hand. We used red or yellow peppers, radishes, avocados, and broccoli. Fresh herbs like basil, parsley, or oregano can be a great addition to the pasta for an even fresher flavor.
