    Ingredients
    • 12ounces gluten-free rotini pasta
    • 2cups cherry tomatoes, halved
    • 1/2cup red onion chopped
    • 2/3 cup sliced black olivesor 3.8 ounces can
    • 1cup English cucumber halved and quarteredabout ½ of the cucumber
    • 2cups mozzarella pearlsor 8 ounces
    • 2cups dry Italian salamisliced/chopped into bite-sized pieces
    • 1/2 cup Italian dressing
    • Salt to taste
    Instructions
    1. Cook the gluten-free rotini according to the directions on the package.
    2. Rinse the pasta with cold water.
    3. In a large bowl, combine the rotini pasta with the tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, black olives, mozzarella pearls, and the Italian salami.
    4. Drizzle with Italian dressing and toss to coat the entire salad.
    5. Serve immediately or keep in the fridge for later.
