Gluten-free Italian Pasta (Healthy, Dairy-free)
This easy and healthy Gluten-free Italian Salad is the perfect side dish or meal for a barbecue or pool party this summer. Made with fresh and tasty ingredients and tossed with the healthy and delicious Wildly Organic Italian Dressing, this cold pasta is a must for the summer menu.
    Servings6-8 servings
    Prep Time15 mins
    • 12ounces Rotini gluten-free pasta
    • 2cups cherry tomatoes, halved
    • 1/2cup Red onion chopped
    • 2/3 cup Sliced black olivesor 3.8 ounces can
    • 1cup English cucumber halved and quarteredabout ½ of the cucumber
    • 2cups Mozzarella pearlsor 8 ounces
    • 2cups Dry Italian Salamisliced/chopped into bite-sized pieces
    • 1/2 cup Wildly Organic Italian dressing
    • Salt to taste
    1. Cook the gluten-free rotini according to the directions on the package.
    2. Rinse the pasta with cold water.
    3. In a large bowl combine the rotini pasta with the tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, black olives, mozzarella pearls, and the Italian salami.
    4. Drizzle with the Wildly Organic Italian Dressing and toss to coat the entire salad.
    5. Serve as a cold salad immediately or keep in the fridge for later.
