Moroccan Chicken Dinner {Gluten-free, Healthy}

Fill your house this fall with this aromatic, warm, and easy Moroccan Chicken Dinner. A twist to the classical Moroccan Chicken, this recipe is made with organic dried mangoes and organic almond butter from Wildly Organic and with warm Moroccan spices. This delicious dinner is gluten-free, healthy, and super easy to make. It’s perfect for your entire family and your dinner guests.

The first time I made this Moroccan Chicken, it was a crisp fall day. The whole house filled with this sweet inviting smell that attracted the family to the kitchen wondering what I was cooking. The dinner turned delicious and was a hit. Everyone had seconds, and some even had thirds! What I love about this recipe is that it is so easy to make; you can pretty much throw the ingredients together in a pot or Dutch oven and let it cook at slow temperature, without needing much attention.

The main ingredients that makes this Moroccan Chicken dinner taste amazing:

Wildly Organic Dried Mangoes – A twist from the Moroccan traditional recipe, the dried mango gives a unique and sweet taste to this meal. I love Wildly Organic Mangoes not only because they are organic and without any sulfur added, but also because they taste so fresh. My family also loves to snack on the dried mangoes during the day.

Organic Golden Raisins – Together with the dried mangoes, the golden raisins give the chicken a fruity and sweet flavor enhancing the Moroccan spices

Organic Free-Range Chicken Thighs – Adds a deep and rich flavor to this Moroccan dish. The traditional recipe uses the chicken thighs with bones. They are also more affordable than other cuts of chicken.

Wildly Organic Almond Butter – Offers a creamy and nutty flavor to the dish. This Almond Butter from Wildly Organic is made from raw, quality organic almonds that have been soaked prior to being dehydrated, making them easy to digest. This almond butter is very versatile: it can be added to oatmeal at breakfast, and it can be used as a healthy snack in the afternoon.

Moroccan Spices – Cinnamon, cumin, paprika, turmeric, and honey give the special warm Moroccan flavor to this chicken dish, making a unique and tasty meal.
