- 2cups rolled oats
- 1/2cup hemp hearts
- 1/2teaspoon Wildly Organic Himalayan Salt
- 1teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1/4cup Wildly Organic Cold Pressed Coconut Oilmelted
- 1/4cup honey
- 1teaspoon vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350F.

Line a jelly roll pan with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, stir together the oats, hemp hearts, salt, and ground cardamom.

In a small bowl, whisk together the coconut oil, honey, and vanilla extract until combined.

Pour the liquid ingredients over the dry. Stir until everything is moistened.

Spread the mixture evenly onto the prepared jelly roll pan.

Bake in the preheated oven 15-18 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. Granola will be brown when done.

Cool on wire rack. Store in airtight jar when completely cool.
