23Our organic sesame oil is unlike any other oil of its kind. Unrefined and USDA-certified organic, it’s full of the natural goodness that only comes with careful, minimal processing. Usually, even cold pressed sesame seed oils are subjected to temperatures over 200°F as they’re being extracted. Our oil, however, is never exposed to temperatures above 104°F. It's neither toasted nor roasted. In fact, it’s produced specifically for us. You can’t buy sesame oil like it anywhere else in the U.S. It carries a mild and light flavor, with a gentle hint of tahini. It has a nice nutty aroma to it and a lovely golden glow.

As with all our products, this organic sesame oil has been minimally processed and left unrefined in order to retain its nutritional content. The sesame seeds are grown in Mexico. Its characteristic light brown color comes from the presence of lecithin and phenolic compounds, which are believed to have antioxidant properties.
Sesame seed oil is perfect for sautéing and other cooking applications. It’s great with starches like rice and pasta and other dishes. It works particularly well with Asian cuisine and a keto-friendly diet.
