Need a little pick-me-up?

You know, a bit of caffeine and a little something sweet… like a warm mug of love and self-care?

A hot coffee, with fancy flavors, often does the trick!

While delicious, fancy coffee shop drinks are full of additives, sugar, and countless ingredients that you may want to avoid. Dare I even mention the price tag? They’re not exactly budget-friendly.

One popular coffee chain’s Salted Caramel Mocha contains 59 grams of sugar and a whopping 470 calories in a 16 -ounce serving.

That’s close to 25% of normal daily calorie requirements, plus nearly 12 teaspoons of sugar — in a single drink!

Those fancy coffees are looking bleaker, wouldn’t you agree? So far, we’ve established that they’re not health-friendly, budget-friendly, or figure-friendly!

And yet…

The sweet flavor of caramel, combined with hot coffee, freshly whipped cream, and a salty finish make salted caramel mochas hard to resist. There has to be a better way to get that fix, right?
