- 1/2cup turkeydeli, chopped
- 4 eggs
- 1/4cup cream cheeseherb and garlic, softened
- 1/4cup half and half
- 1/2teaspoon Wildly Organic Himalayan Pink Salt
- 1teaspoon Wildly Organic Garlic Powder
- 1/4teaspoon baking powder
- 2tbs cheddar cheesegrated

Preheat the oven to 350F.

In a large bowl, manually whisk together the eggs, half and half, and cream cheese until mostly smooth. Add in the remaining ingredients except for the cheddar cheese and mix well.

Line a muffin tray with 10 silicone muffin cups and divide the egg mixture using a spoon (the turkey will sink to the bottom).

Top each cup with a bit of cheddar cheese.

Bake in the oven for 20-22 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 15 minutes before removing.
