Since summer has started my kids are always hot and want some cold treats. Ice creams are usually the most favorite ones and I guess the easiest as well.

I like to include some healthy ingredients when I make it at home and this one comes as an excellent summer treat for all ages and at any time of the day.

Healthy Ingredients for Nut Butter Ice Cream

Wildly Organic Chia Seeds – It’s an excellent vegan egg replacement. At the same time, it is high in protein and fiber. After soaking it forms chia gel which helps in gluing the ingredients.

Wildly Organic Nut Butter – I used the nut butter medley which a mix of a lot of nuts making this treat rich and nutritious. It is also a great way of including a variety of healthy nuts into your diet.

Wildly Organic Coconut  Milk Powder – This eases the process of making dairy-free milk and provides a creamy texture to this ice cream.

Wildly Organic Coconut Sugar – It’s a healthier substitute for refined sugar.

Coconut Cream – This adds coconut flavor and richness to this dessert.

Wildly Organic Goji Berries – It’s a superfood that not only adds sweetness but to its beauty as well.
