Nut-Free & Nourishing Tropical Twist Trail Mix

In some places, summer is so short, you just can’t help but want to spend every, waking moment outside.
You don’t want to stop playing in the water or quit working in the garden to come inside and make a snack.
So that’s what trail mix is for!
This nut-free and nourishing trail mix has a tropical twist — with the addition of WFN’s Freeze-Dried Mangoes, Goji Berries, and Coconut Chips.
Nut-Free & Nourishing Tropical Twist Trail Mix
While most trail mixes are full of nuts, this one can be enjoyed by those with nut allergies. It’s totally nut-free, thanks to enzyme-rich soaked and dehydrated pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds.
With superfood goodness and no refined sugar, this Tropical Twist Trail Mix is easily modified to suit your needs.
Don’t want chocolate? Leave it out or add extra cranberries or raisins. Prefer dates instead? Go ahead, chop some up and use them to replace the raisins. Not a fan of mango? Then, try some of WFN’s Freeze-Dried Strawberries!
Make up a big batch that will last for days and days of snacking.
Or, take some on the road or in your backpack — this recipe, in particular, travels well. If you plan to store this trail mix in a hot car, RV, or backpack, I recommend leaving out the chocolate.

- 1-1/2cups WFN Soaked and Dried Pumpkin Seeds
- 1-1/2cups WFN Soaked & Dried Sunflower Seeds
- 1-1/2cups WFN Coconut Chips
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup raisins
- 1cup WFN Freeze-Dried Mango
- 1cup Wildly Organic Dried Goji Berries
- 1 cup allergy-free chocolate chunks

Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

Use your hands or a wooden spoon to thoroughly combine.

Store in an airtight container, such as a canister or plastic bag.
