    Ingredients
    Instructions
    1. In a small bowl, combine cooked and cooled quinoa, cinnamon, nutmeg, coconut sugar, and coconut oil and stir well to thoroughly combine. Set aside.
    2. In another small bowl combine yogurt, vanilla, and coconut syrup and mix well to combine.
    3. Into each of 4 parfait glasses or pint sized mason jars layer 1/4 cup yogurt, peach slices, and quinoa.
    4. Top each with a dollop of remaining yogurt, peach slice, and pecans (if desired)
    5. Eat immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to use. Should keep up to 5 days.
