    Cook Time5 minutes
    1. Whisk together sugar and cacao powder.
    2. Add the rest of the ingredients, and mix with a spoon until you get a uniform consistency.
    3. Apply to skin all over, focusing on dry spots, elbows, knees, heels, etc. Scrub and rinse.
