Naturally promote sound sleep, fight inflammation, and de-stress after a long day with a warm mug of Sweet Dreams Golden Milk before bed.
    1. Add the water and coconut milk powder to a medium-size saucepan.
    2. Whisk together, over medium-low heat until the powder is dissolved and milk is just slightly warm.
    3. Add remaining ingredients to a blender.
    4. Pour the slightly warm milk into the blender with the rest of the ingredients and blend well.
    5. If desired, return to the pan and heat a bit more.
    6. Enjoy warm or hot!
    Recipe Notes

    If you are allergic to coconut, substitute rice milk for the coconut milk and leave out the coconut oil. Substitute honey or maple syrup for the coconut syrup and you'll still have a delicious, warming beverage!
