Grain-Free Cookies ‘n Milk Cups {Paleo, sugar-free, & low-carb!}
Got a cookie craving?
What could be better than a freshly baked, gooey cookie? Why, a glass of ice cold milk to wash it all down with, of course!
Dunking a fresh cookie in milk is for the kid in all of us. It’s just fun and delicious!
It’s a messy business, however, what with soggy cookies and lumpy milk. So, I have a suggestion…
Why not put the milk in the cookie — or rather, make the cookie into a cup to hold the milk and get the cookies ‘n milk combination in one package?!
Grain-Free Cookies ‘n Milk Cups
These cookies ‘n milk cups are gluten-, dairy-, and grain-free. Using Wildly Organic’s unique, low-glycemic sweetener — Coco Monkey — means they’re sugar-free as well. Coco Monkey is made with all-natural ingredients and has the sweetness you crave without the excess calories or refined sugars that raise blood glucose. Hello, blood sugar friend!
A decadent chocolate ganache tops each cookie cup for an added treat. It flavors the milk just slightly as well. Lightly sweet, chocolate-y, and melt-in-your-mouth goodness — and that’s just the cookie part!
Next is the milk. You can certainly use cow’s or goat’s milk if you tolerate those.
If not, coconut milk is for you! Wildly Organic’s Coconut Milk Powder is the best in both taste and convenience. The powder itself is shelf-stable, ready for you to mix up the amount you need right when you need it.
Each cookie cup is filled with creamy, dairy-free milk — making this one special, addicting, healthy snack or dessert! You get all the flavor and fun of “dipping” without soggy cookies or lumpy milk!
