If there’s one thing about summertime that everyone should agree on, it’s the tastiness of in-season fruit! Peaches are a family favorite in our house. They’re sweet, juicy and delicious all on their own. However, when topped with an almond butter drizzle, they’re even better! These grilled peaches with almond butter drizzle are such an easy dessert to make this summer.

Grilled Peaches with Almond Butter Drizzle Recipe

While most people are familiar with grilling vegetables, many of us don’t even register that fruit can be grilled also. But pears, pineapple and of course peaches all make great meal additions when grilled.

Use this grilled peach recipe as an indulgent snack or a super simple dessert for when company is over. It’s easy to whip up and chances are you already have the grill going!

Grilled peaches are pretty tasty on their own but topping them with a homemade almond butter sauce takes them to a new level. It almost tastes like caramel! Using only three ingredients, this drizzle actually tastes great on everything from ice cream to smoothie bowls and yes, to these peaches.

Made with Wildly Organic Coconut Syrup, the drizzle is pretty sticky. Coconut Syrup is made when the coconut sap is collected and then boiled down, so it ends up with the consistency of molasses. Pairing it with a fresh jar of Wildly Organic Almond Butter helps to thin out the consistency of the drizzle a bit.

The combination of warm grilled peaches with a sweet and sticky caramel-style sauce makes this super simple recipe utterly decadent. Perfect for warm summer nights when you don’t want to spend too much time whipping anything up!

    2. Cut the peaches in half and brush with the oil.
    3. Place the peaches, flesh side down on the grill. Cook for 6-12 minutes* (see note).
    4. While cooking, make the almond butter drizzle. Whisk together the almond butter, coconut syrup, and vanilla until smooth.
    5. Using a spoon, put a tiny dollop into the center of each peach. Drizzle the remaining almond butter with a spoon or fork over the peaches.
    6. If using, distribute the chopped almonds for added texture. Then, enjoy it!
    Recipe Notes

Note: the riper the peaches are the less time they will take to cook. Peaches not in season will take longer to cook (even if they feel mostly ripe), upwards of twelve minutes. Ripe peaches in season will take far less time, around the six-minute mark. While cooking, keep an eye on them. You want them warm and with grill marks but not mushy.
