- 2teaspoons Wildly Organic Red Palm Oil
- 1small oniondiced
- 2pounds lean ground beefor ground meat of choice
- 18-oz can tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 2 to 3tablespoons Wildly Organic Coconut Sugaror to taste
- 1tablespoon Wildly Organic Paprika
- 2teaspoons Wildly Organic Pink Himalayan Salt
- 1teaspoon Wildly Organic Onion Powder
- 1teaspoon Wildly Organic Garlic Powder
- 1teaspoon Worcestershire saucegluten-free if needed

Set Instant Pot to SAUTE. When pot indicates HOT add red palm oil, to coat the bottom of the pot, and diced onion. Sauté onion for 2 to 3 minutes, until it starts to soften.

Add ground beef and cook until browned.

While the ground beef is cooking, whisk together remaining ingredients in a small bowl.

Once the ground beef has browned, if necessary, drain fat from cooked meat.

Add tomato and seasoning mixture and stir well to combine thoroughly.

Secure the lid on the Instant Pot, make sure the vent knob is set to SEALING, and set pot to MANUAL for 5 minutes.

Allow pressure to release naturally if you have time, or wait 5 minutes then use the Quick Pressure Release.

Serve when ready to eat!
