Keto Jalapeño Cream Cheese Dip {Only 5 Ingredients!}

This keto-friendly jalapeño dip is served warm for a bowl full of gooey, cheesy flavor. It makes a great addition to any party table, but it also the perfect option to snack on when you stay home and watch the big game or a movie.
Keto Jalapeño Cream Cheese Dip Recipe
This yummy dip is cream cheese-based, but uses Wildly Organic Mayonnaise to both thin it out and add a bit of flavor. One of the reasons I love the Wildly Organic Mayonnaise is that it’s soy-free and contains no canola oil, preservatives or GMOs. While I’m not against soy, it’s something I prefer to consume only on occasion. As for canola oil, reducing your intake of more processed oils in favor of less processed ones (coconut, flax, olive, etc) is a great place to start when you’re improving your health.
This mayonnaise helps create the perfect consistency when combined with the cream cheese, as well as add another healthy fat to this keto cream cheese dip. Not keto? No problem! This jalapeño cream cheese dip is still tasty regardless of your diet preferences. It’s perfect for dipping crackers, vegetables or even sausage bites.
Thanks to the jalapeño it does have a bit of a kick to it, so it brings flavor to just about anything, Made with only five ingredients and cooked in only fifteen, this cream cheese jalapeño dip is a great recipe to have on hand when you’re short on time.
It works well if you’re in a pinch for a party, but it can also be served as an appetizer for guests or even when you’re relaxing and watching a game. It’s indulgent, flavorful but more importantly… simple!

Will you make this Keto Jalapeño Cream Cheese Dip for the holidays?
- 1/3cup cream cheesesoftened
- 2tablespoons Wildly Organic Mayonnaise
- 1teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 jalapeñoseeded and diced finely
- 3tablespoons cheddar cheeseshredded

Preheat the oven to 350F.

In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, onion powder, diced jalapeño, and two tablespoons of the shredded cheddar cheese.

Using a fork, mix the ingredients together until smooth. You can also use a handheld mixer if you prefer.

Scoop the mixture into a small ramekin and bake in the oven for 9 minutes. Remove from the oven and top with the remaining tablespoon of cheese.

Bake for another three minutes until the cheese on top is melted (side note: you can also broil for 1 minute if you want the top crispy!).

Remove from the oven and let sit a few minutes to cool slightly. Enjoy with veggies, crackers or anything else you want to dip!
Note: Makes one small ramekin (about 2/3 of a cup) which is perfect for two people to split. If you’re bringing it to a party, double the batch!
