This cashew cacao energy ball recipe is not only quick, easy, but healthy too!

- Cashew Butter: This adds a dreamy creamy texture to your energy balls, packs in the protein and fiber.
- Medjool Dates: An amazing source of selenium, magnesium, calcium, potassium, and copper. Dates are the “glue” that holds all of the ingredients together.
These cashew cacao energy balls are the perfect grab and go snack, an after dinner treat, or mid-day pick me up. We love adding these to a back pack with a cool keeper and hitting the trails. Such a nice treat and energy stabilizer! Enjoy!

Add everything to a food processor and process until well combined.

Use a small ice cream scoop to scoop out small balls, roll with wet hands to combine.
