This dressing is on the sweeter side thanks to the coconut sap (a sweetener similar to molasses) which also gives it a thicker consistency. This consistency almost caramelizes once cooked making the chicken dinner a bit more indulgent than just regular roasted chicken.

The ingredients in the dressing are unrefined and haven’t been pasteurized. So, opting for this dressing in place of making your own is a great time-saving way to keep your family healthy!

    Ingredients
    Instructions
    1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
    2. In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts in the olive oil, sea salt, garlic powder, and 2 tablespoons of the lemon poppy seed dressing.
    3. Line a large baking sheet with tinfoil and distribute the brussels sprouts onto the pan. Leave room in the middle of the pan for the chicken.
    4. In a bowl, toss the chicken in the remaining lemon poppy seed dressing and lay each breast flat on the pan.
    5. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven, flip the chicken and stir the Brussels sprouts. Cook for another 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through to an internal temperature of 165F.
    6. Remove from the oven and let cool briefly for 5 minutes. Serve.
