Great for guilt-free "warm" cocoa

I've been purchasing this for years and was pleasantly surprised to find it just recently in a 5-lb. bag. I use it several times per week as an alternative to coffee, stirred into raw milk with some granulated honey and heated just enough to dissolve. Sometimes I add a pinch of baking soda to take down the acidic taste (although this is less pronounced than with the fermented version). It's a nice morning or afternoon pick-me-up and a healthy way to get my chocolate fix.
