RAW MIXED NUTS OF THE HIGHEST QUALITY
The nuts are harvested from small organic farms in the US. The only exception is our cashews, which come from a small operation in Southeast Asia where local farmers can make a living wage and support their families.
Every nut is inspected and graded at the highest possible rating before they’re shipped to us. Then, we soak and dehydrate the organic mixed nuts to preserve the taste and health benefits of the nuts.
WHY SOAKED NUTS?
Raw nuts contain lots of phytic acid. This compound can attach to the nutrients in nuts and keep your body from absorbing their goodness.
By soaking and dehydrating our unsalted mixed nuts at low temperatures, we break down phytic acid and enzyme inhibitors, allowing your body to absorb all the nutrients the nuts offer while preserving their rawness.
