This life-changing Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Hummus recipes is my favorite dish to bring to BBQs and summer parties. Serve this dessert hummus up with fresh fruit or pretzels. There’s just something about the salt & sweet combo that I just can’t help but love.

It’s also pretty delicious to dive into by the spoonful.

  • Organic Coconut Syrup — Coconut nectar is great for topping on baked desserts, oatmeal, and all kinds of sweet or savory foods. This is a wonderful syrup to use in place of honey, maple syrup, or molasses.
  • Himalayan Pink Salt  — Beautifully pure, hand-mined salt found naturally occurring deep inside the pristine Himalayan Mountains of northern Pakistan. 
  • Organic Cashews  —  Cashews are high in magnesium, copper, and manganese, plus a great source of vitamin K, phosphorus, zinc, and protein. Because our desserts still have nutrition around here!

    Ingredients
    Instructions
    1. Place all the ingredients, except the chocolate chips, in a food processor and puree until smooth.
    2. Spoon mixture into a bowl and fold in Chocolate chips.
    3. Chill for roughly an hour and serve with sliced fruit or pretzels. You can serve immediately, but tastes best chilled.
