- 1Cup Wildly Organic Almond Flour
- 1/2Cup Wildly Organic Coconut Flour
- 1 egg
- 1/2Cup Wildly Organic Butter Alternative
- 1/2Cup Wildly Organic Coconut Sugar
- 2Tablespoons Wildly Organic Agave Nectar
- 1Teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2Teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4Teaspoon salt

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and turn oven to 350 F.

In a bowl using a hand mixer, beat the sugar and butter alternative together.

Add the egg, agave syrup and vanilla, then mix it together.

Add the salt, baking soda, almond and coconut flour.

Using the hand mixer or a spatula, mix well until all the flour is incorporated.

Scoop some dough with a cookie scoop or spoon onto the baking sheet. Using your fingers, gently press the dough into a cookie shape.

Bake the cookies for 8 to 10 mins until the sides look done. The middle of the cookie might still be soft, however once the cookies cool, it will harden a bit and become a chewy cookie.
