Easy Quinoa Wraps With Healthy Ranch Dressing

These easy quinoa wraps are tossed in a homemade ranch dressing to give them a burst of flavor. They make a great lunch idea or even a quick and simple dinner with a side of roasted veggies or squash soup.
Step outside of your lunch-time norm with this easy quinoa wrap! Made with colorful veggies and topped with a healthy take on ranch dressing this quinoa wrap makes a great swap to your routine.
While there’s no traditional protein source in the wraps, they are quinoa-based. Quinoa has a full amino acid profile making it a great source of plant-based protein. Couple that with additional protein from the Greek yogurt and healthy fats from Wildly Organic Mayonnaise in the ranch dressing and this wrap will easily fill you up.
These quinoa wraps don’t just work for dinner though. A great meal prep idea for the week is to have some quinoa cooked in the fridge and ready to go. This way, the wraps whip up in under five minutes. Simply add in all the veggies, mix the dressing and you’re good to go!
It makes a light weeknight meal or pairs well with a hearty soup can and is a yummy comfort meal.
Plus, the salad itself keeps in the fridge for a couple of days. So, make this one ahead of time, let the flavors infuse, and use it for multiple healthy meals.
Tip: The recipe calls to just mix the dressing. However, if you’re not a big fan of dill I’d suggest using a food processor to whip it up. This will process the seeds a little bit and the dill in the wrap won’t be quite as over powering.
Optional add ins: This quinoa wrap also tastes delicious with some broccoli sprouts or pea shoots added in for an extra bit of nutrients!

- 1cup quinoacooked
- 3/4cup purple cabbageshredded
- 3/4cup carrotshredded
- 1/2cup Romaine lettucechopped
- 3 purchased wraps or tortillas
- 1/8cup Greek yogurt
- 1/8cup Wildly Organic Mayonnaise
- 1tsp garlic powder
- 1/4tsp dill seeds
- 1/2tsp Wildly Organic Himalayan Pink Salt

In a large bowl, combine the quinoa, cabbage, carrot, and lettuce. In a measuring cup, whisk together the dressing ingredients.

Pour the dressing over the quinoa mixture and mix really well.

Portion into three large wraps and roll them up. Serve cut in half.
