Healthy Holiday Fudge
This vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free fudge is sure to become a holiday tradition in your household. Utilizing simple ingredients, this no-bake recipe couldn’t be any easier to make! Once you’ve mastered the basic recipe, get creative by adding candies, nuts, and other tasty mix-ins.
Ingredients:
  • ½ cup organic cacao powder
  • ½ cup almond pecan butter
  • 2 teaspoons pure organic vanilla extract
  • 2 cups melted organic refined coconut oil
  • ½ cup pure maple syrup or coconut syrup
Directions:
  1. Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper
  2. Melt your coconut oil in a saucepan over low heat.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the melted coconut oil with the remaining ingredients until smooth.
  4. Sample the mixture and add sweetener to taste.
  5. Pour the finished mixture into the 8x8 pan and place it in the freezer for about an hour and a half.
  6. Once the fudge has set, lift it out of the pan using the parchment paper and cut it into pieces. Store it in a sealable container or zip-top bag, and leave it in the freezer until right before serving. Leaving this no-bake fudge at room temperature will cause it to lose its shape.

Note: Your healthy holiday fudge will remain fresh in your freezer from one to two weeks.
