Healthy Holiday Fudge
- ½ cup Wildly Organic Cacao Powder
- ½ cup Wildly Organic Almond Pecan Butter
- 2 teaspoons pure organic vanilla extract
- 2 cups melted Wildly Organic Refined Coconut Oil
- ½ cup pure maple syrup or Wildly Organic Coconut Syrup
- ½ cup Wildly Organic Walnuts (optional)
-
Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper
-
Melt the coconut oil in a saucepan over low heat.
-
In a mixing bowl, combine the melted coconut oil with the remaining ingredients until smooth.
-
Sample the mixture and add sweetener to taste.
-
Pour the finished mixture into the 8x8 pan and place it in the freezer for about an hour and a half.
-
Once the fudge has set, lift it out of the pan using the parchment paper and cut it into pieces. Store it in a sealable container or zip-top bag, and leave it in the freezer until right before serving. Leaving this no-bake fudge at room temperature will cause it to lose its shape.
Note: Your healthy holiday fudge will remain fresh in your freezer from one to two weeks.
