    1. In the inner pot of the instant pot combine pumpkin puree, vegetable broth or stock, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt. Stir and close the lid. Seal the valve and turn it on at manual high for 10 minutes.
    2. Once done, turn it off and quick release the pressure. Open the lid and stir.
    3. Stir in the prepared coconut milk powder while the soup is still very hot. Keep stirring until it is well dissolved and there are no lumps.
    4. Ladle in serving bowls and garnish with chopped walnuts and pumpkin seeds and drizzle with coconut milk if desired. Serve hot.
