Nostalgic Chocolate Milkshake

Doesn’t an old fashioned chocolate shake feel so nostalgic? There’s really nothing better than spending a summery Friday night with a group of great people and good food! For us, that’s  hamburgers, fries, and a delicious chocolate shake! We don’t do drive-throughs here, we’re whipping up a homemade match of chocolate shakes over here!

Everyone in our family would jump for joy if we whipped this up every Friday night. We could too! Milkshakes are so versatile and there are so many ways to make it uniquely your own. One of our faves is to take it to the next level by adding a teaspoon of mint extract and turning this milkshake recipe into a mint chocolate milkshake! That was always my go-to as a kid.

Our version of an easy milkshake recipe has a healthy twist! It’s not only really delicious but it packs some protein from the nut butter, cashews, and added collagen.

To whip up this homemade chocolate shake, you’ll need to stock up on these four Wildly Organic products.

Wildly Organic Nut Butter, Medley – I love this for added protein and healthy fats.
Wildly Organic Cacao Powder – We can’t have a chocolate milkshake without cacao!
Wildly Organic Cashews – Adding these gives an extra layer of delicious creaminess.

    1. Blend everything on low to medium speed and be patient! Too thick? Add almond milk until desired consistency is reached.
    2. Pour into two mason jars and top with whipped cream and chocolate syrup.
