A simple, delicious appetizer perfect for any occasion, these Simple Hawaiian Meatballs are a party favorite and super easy to make. They’re flavorful, filling and a tasty option to whip up for holiday parties.
When it comes to appetizers, having a few classic, go-to recipe options can make your life a little less stressful. These Hawaiian meatballs are definitely one of those staple recipes. This meatball appetizer is made in a slow cooker, which makes it an awesome recipe for busy moms.
Simple Hawaiian Meatball Recipe
Gluten-free and dairy-free, these meatballs use coconut flour to help bind them instead of breadcrumbs. They get their sweetness from using fresh pineapple chunks, Wildly Organic Coconut Sugar, and Wildly Organic Coconut Syrup.
The meatballs themselves are keto-friendly, but depending on your personal goals with keto you may want to scale back the sauce due to the added sugars. While the sauce does use refined, natural sugars, they still may not be part of your keto diet.
This simple appetizer is a classic party option because it’s wholesome, filling and flavorful. However, it also works for dinner too! My family loved having these Hawaiian meatballs over rice with some steamed broccoli. The sauce and the pineapple give these meatballs their sweetness and the meatballs (especially when cooked in the slow cooker) are loaded with flavors from soaking all day.
Instead of bringing a simple dip or salad, try rocking these Hawaiian meatballs for your next party. They’ll be devoured in no time!
