Wildly Organic Butter Alternative – This two ingredient plant-based butter is gluten-free, dairy-free, and soy-free. It gives the popcorn an outstanding buttery flavor, without all of the additives, you can’t go wrong with this stuff!

This Healthy Caramel Popcorn is gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan. It is made with delicious clean and organic ingredients. Try this homemade caramel popcorn at your next movie night, or as an afternoon snack.
    Servings12 cups
    Prep Time5 mins
    Cook Time20 mins
    Making Stovetop Popcorn
    1. In a large pan, add the butter alternative, and start heating it at medium heat.
    1. Add a couple of popcorn kernels, and wait until they start popping.
    2. Add the rest of the kernels, and cover the pot with a lid.
    3. Keep the heat under medium level.
    4. Once the popcorn starts popping, shake the pot a little to help with popping all the kernels.
    5. Cook until you no longer hear any kernels popping.
    6. Take the pot off of the stove, and add the popcorn to a bowl.
    7. Sprinkle with salt.
    Caramel Sauce
    1. In a small pan, add the coconut syrup.
    2. Heat it under low heat for a couple of minutes or until it becomes less thick.
    3. Add almond butter, and cook it for a few more minutes until the almond butter is softened.
    4. Mix in the cinnamon.
    Mix Popcorn with Caramel Sauce
    1. Add the caramel sauce to the popcorn.
    2. Mix in until all of the popcorn is covered by the caramel sauce.
    3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
    4. Add the caramel popcorn to the baking sheet.
    5. Bake at 325F for about 5 minutes.
    6. Sprinkle with additional salt if needed.
    7. Alternatively, if you prefer not baking the popcorn, you can put the popcorn in the fridge for 15 minutes, or until the caramel sauce hardens.
