Coconut Milkshake with Cacao Nibs

You don’t have to wait for the hot months to enjoy this decadent milkshake! It’s a wonderful treat in the afternoon or even to start the day.

Low-Carb? No Problem!

- 1cup coconut milkor coconut milk powder and water (see notes)
- 2tablespoons Wildly Organic Coconut Syrupor maple syrup
- 1tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2tablespoons collagen peptidesoptional
- 1cup ice
- 1/4 cup Wildly Organic Fermented Cacao Nibs

Add all ingredients except cacao nibs to blender. Blend on high for 30 seconds or until ice is crushed and shake is blended.

Add cacao nibs and pulse 8-10 times to break apart the nibs.

Pour in a glass and enjoy immediately.
If you don't have prepared coconut milk, you can easily make some using Wildly Organic's Coconut Milk Powder! Just combine 1/2 cup of coconut milk powder with 1 cup of hot water.
