When testing this recipe, we tried both full-fat canned coconut milk and Wildly Organic Coconut Milk Powder. The consensus was that the coconut milk powder made the best smoothie. If you prefer a milder coconut flavor, feel free to use canned coconut milk.

Dairy-Free Coconut & White Chocolate Shake
This healthy shake is packed full of healthy MCTs, lauric acid, and the feel-good antioxidants of raw cacao butter. Enjoy it for an afternoon snack or quick dessert!
    Servings1 serving
    1. Gently warm cacao butter over low heat until just melted and set aside.
    2. In a blender, add water, coconut milk powder (see notes), coconut syrup, vanilla, and salt.
    3. Blend on low until smooth.
    4. Increase blender's speed to high and add the ice (start with 1-1/2 cup and add more if desired to get the thickness you prefer), using a tamper to guide the ice toward the blades (if you have one, otherwise you may need to stop the blender a few times and scrape the sides down).
    5. Once your shake is smooth, slowly drizzle in the melted cacao butter and blend for an additional 30 seconds.
    6. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
    Recipe Notes

    Full-fat canned coconut milk can be used. Omit the water and use 2/3 cup canned coconut milk. It will have a more subtle coconut flavor.

    Do not use lite coconut milk or other watered-down nut milks. There isn't enough fat to properly emulsify the cacao butter.
