So Many Ways To Make This Easy Frozen Yogurt Bark!
This simple, healthy recipe is so incredibly versatile! You’re really only limited by your imagination. Here’s how to make it as easy as 1-2-3!
1. YOGURT – use plain Greek yogurt for a healthy amount of protein. Add sweetening to taste, Wildly Organic Coco Monkey is a great low-glycemic option. Wildly Organic Coconut Syrup is an amazing natural, non-refined sweetener. Add a splash of vanilla or another extract if you’d like. You could also use your favorite fruity yogurt to change it up! Spread yogurt onto a parchment paper-lined cookie sheet. Just be sure to not spread it too thinly, thicker is better.
2. TOPPINGS – Next, sprinkle some Wildly Organic Trail Mix evenly over the yogurt. Add a little or a lot, it’s up to you! Wildly Organic Trail Mix has all you need but feel free to add some fresh berries if you like, too. For an especially decadent yogurt bark, drizzle a little Wildly Organic Coconut syrup on top or sprinkle on some Wildly Organic Coconut Sugar.
3. FREEZE – Pop in the freezer for 2 to 4 hours, then break into chunks and enjoy.
