These easy, loaded apple slice snacks are just that, EASY! They only take about 5 minutes total to prepare and use ingredients you probably already have on hand, meaning you can have this delicious afternoon snack on the table in no time!

Easy Loaded Apple Slice Snacks

How fun are these easy, loaded apple slice snacks? They’re so simple to make, yet feel so cute and fancy compared to a regular sliced apple with nut butter. We’re loading these cute little apple slices with toppings like Wildly Organic almond butter, shredded coconut flakes, roughly chopped pecans, and some mini chocolate chips for good measure. You could also top these apple slice snacks with cacao nibs if you prefer.

You’ll want to use a firm and crispy apple for this snack that can hold up to the almond butter and other toppings when you pick it up. I used Honeycrisp, but Granny Smith and Red Delicious both would work well, too!

To make these apple slice snacks, first, you core an apple and then cut into horizontal 1/4-inch slices to make apple rings. If you don’t have an apple corer I suggest first slicing the apple into thin horizontal slices and then coring the center either with a spoon or a small cookie cutter. Can you imagine how adorable these apple slices would look using a small heart or star cookie cutter to cut out a fun shape in the center?

Once you have your apple rings cut out, top with your favorite toppings! Serve and enjoy! I can imagine kiddos going crazy over these simple and delicious loaded apple slices for an afternoon snack! Plus, you will feel good about serving a snack with such healthy ingredients!
