Main Ingredients Used in This Healthy Ranch Dressing
Wildly Organic Coconut Milk Powder – This coconut milk powder is a must have staple for your pantry! Since it is a powder, it has a long shelf life and can be turned into milk in just a few minutes. Simply add hot water and you can have light or creamy coconut milk any time. It makes a great replacement for milk in the ranch dressing.
Mayonnaise – You can use a Whole30® approved mayonnaise, or you can make your own using an egg, lemon juice, and olive oil. If you aren’t strictly following a Whole30® diet, Wildly Organic has a great organic mayonnaise made with clean and healthy ingredients.
Wildly Organic Olive Oil — Made from cold-pressed olives grown in a sustainable farm in Tunisia. This oil gives a delicate flavor to the ranch dressing.
Apple Cider Vinegar – I love to use this type of vinegar instead of regular vinegar because it has great health benefits. You can also use lemon juice instead of vinegar, providing a tangy taste to the ranch dressing.

- 3tablespoon Wildly Organic Coconut Milk Powder
- 1cup Water (Hot)
- 1/4cup Wildly Organic Olive Oil
- 2tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1cup mayonnaise (Whole30® approved)
- 2teaspoon dill
- 1teaspoon thyme
- 1teaspoon parsley
- 1/2teaspoon Wildly Organic Onion Powder
- 1/2teaspoon Wildly Organic Garlic Powder
- 1/4teaspoon Wildly Organic Black Pepper

Mix coconut milk powder with 1 cup hot water to make coconut milk.

In a blender add the coconut milk, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, mayonnaise, and all the spices.

Blend for few minutes until all ingredients are incorporated.

Add the dressing to a mason jar or an air tight container.

Keep in the fridge for few days.
