Banana Stuffed S’mores
Nothing screams summer more than s’mores, right? As a kid, I loved going camping because I knew I’d get to enjoy some s’mores! It’s true summer, grilling season, boating season, or whatever you like to call it, this time of year goes together with s’mores like PB&J. There’s just something about the melted chocolate between crunchy graham crackers and the smell of campfire. This year we are taking our s’more game to the next level. Are you ready?

These are sure to knock your socks off. Plus, you can easily prep these ahead and take them to your next barbecue or camping trip! You can thank me later.
What I really love about these Banana stuffed s’mores is that they are totally customizable. Well, just like an ice cream sundae bar you can create a Banana stuffed s’mores bar at your next summer shindig. Imagine a basket of bananas with all the toppings ranging from graham crackers, pecans, coconut flakes. You could even serve them with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Your options are endless.
What you’ll need from Wildly Organic:
Wildly Organic Texas Pecans: These pecans are tender and crispy, a delight to snack on, and to use as a topping in all of your favorite desserts and salads. They add such a great crunch!
Chocolate Syrup: This is one of my favorite products. I would put it on everything if I could, it’s THAT good! It’s minimally processed, wholesome, and delicious. Extra chocolate drizzle is never a bad idea.
You can also try adding some coconut flakes, or dried fruit.

- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/4cup marshmallows
- 1/4cup chocolate chips
- 1 grahams cracker box
- 1/8cup Wildly Organic Pecanschopped

Cut two square sized sheets of foil and set aside.

Leaving the peel on sliced each banana down the middle. Stuff each banana with half the marshmallows, chocolate chips, graham crackers, and pecans. Cut off the banana stem and wrap in foil.

Grill for 15-20 minutes. Do not place directly over the flame. Check around 10 to15 minutes. You’ll know when they’re done because they’ll be a melty gooey goodness. Serve warm and don’t be afraid to drizzle on some extra chocolate syrup.
