Easy swaps: replace oats with Wildly Organic Almond Flour and 1 tbsp coconut flour or use any Wildly Organic nut butter. Strawberries also make a great pairing!

- 2 medium bananas(roughly 1 cup mashed)
- ½cup gluten-free whole grain oats
- 2 eggs
- 1tsp vanilla
- ½tsp baking soda
- 1cup Wildly Organic Almond Butter
- 1tbsp Wildly Organic Cacao Powder
- 3tbsp Wildly Organic Coconut Syrup
- ½cup chocolate chips
- ¼cup blueberries for topping

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line 12 cup muffin tin and set aside.

Place all the ingredients except the chocolate chips and blueberries in a high-speed blender. Blend until a smooth thick batter-like consistency is reached.

Gently fold in chocolate chips. Pour evenly into the prepared muffin tin and top with 2-3 blueberries.

Bake for 12ish minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes and enjoy a few warm, and store the rest in the fridge for the week.
