Easy Chocolate Fudge Recipe

Not only is making your own fudge super simple, but it’s also allergy-friendly. Using cacao power in place of pre-made chocolate means it’s easy to eliminate dairy, as well as reduce the sugar content. I first started making my own chocolate fudge in an effort to reduce dairy in my diet.

Cacao is the purest form of chocolate so it makes sense that we would start our chocolate fudge with cacao powder! Wildly Organic Cacao Powder is high in antioxidants, calcium, and iron.

Combining it with a sweetener, coconut syrup, in this case, reduces the bitter taste and makes the chocolate flavor come out. Wildly Organic Coconut Syrup is a staple for my family as I try to keep sugar intake to a minimum. When we do have sweeteners, I prefer it to be from a more natural source, like this coconut syrup!

This chocolate fudge recipe is full of healthy fats, like cashew butter, cacao butter, and coconut oil, which makes it pretty low-carb friendly. If you use a different sweetener you can certainly make this fudge keto-friendly, too!

This easy chocolate fudge recipe is a staple dessert to have on hand in the freezer! Because it thaws in mere minutes, it’s easy to pop a piece into your mouth quickly to curb cravings and embrace a delicious indulgence.

    Cook Time10 minutes

    Instructions
    1. Place cashew butter, coconut oil, cacao butter, and coconut syrup in a small pot.
    2. Heat over low to medium heat until mostly melted. Begin stirring in the cacao powder.
    3. Remove from heat once cacao butter is completely melted or the nut butter will burn. Whisk until smooth.
    4. Pour into individual molds or a silicone baking pan. If using, top with the coconut flakes. Freeze for two hours.
    5. Remove from the freezer and pop out of molds. Let sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before consuming. Keep in the freezer or a chilly fridge. If left out for more than ten minutes the fudge will melt.
    6. Makes 12 rectangles but number of servings depends on size of your mold.
