Quinoa Flakes – A whole grain and complete protein. High in protein, fiber and loaded with other nutrients.
Dates – My favorite food to use as a natural sweetener in recipes because it has a low glycemic index, so they don’t spike your blood sugar.
Hemp Seeds – High in protein and a vegan super food with various health benefits.
Wildly Organic Chia Seeds –An awesome vegan egg substitute that is high in protein and fiber and is used in various recipes like sweet, savory and baking.
Flax meal – A superfood that is high in fiber and promotes heart health. Also a great egg substitute for vegans.
Wildly Organic Non-Fermented Cocoa Powder – A pure form of cocoa that is antioxidant rich. It’s a great ingredient to add more chocolate flavor to any recipe.

- 1cup quinoa flakes
- 1cup pitted dates
- 1/4cup hemp seeds
- 1/4cup Wildly Organic Chia Seeds
- 2tbsp flax meal
- 1tbsp Wildly Organic Non-Fermented Cacao Powder
- 1/2cup Wildly Organic Chocolate Syrup
- 1/2cup Wildly Organic Walnuts
- 1tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt

Heat a nonstick pan and add quinoa flakes to it. Keep sautéing at medium flame until it starts to brown. Turn it off and remove from heat. Let it cool down a bit.

In a food processor, combine all the ingredients (including roasted quinoa flakes). Process it until it forms like a dough.

Prepare a square/rectangle glass baking dish with parchment paper. Spoon out the dough on it. Press it with a spoon and shape it as per the dish with hands.

Refrigerate it for 2 hours or until it firms up to be able to slices into squares.

Take it out and place the parchment paper on a flat surface. Cut into desired slices and enjoy.
- These bars can be stored in an air tight container in the refrigerator for about 2 weeks.
- This recipe makes about 12 bars and the serving size is 1 bar per person.
